Switzerland
- Standard shipping: €12.90
- Free shipping on orders over €225

International
- Standard shipping: €19.90
- Free shipping on orders over €275

Shipping carriers
We ship using trusted carriers such as Österreichische Post, DHL, UPS, FedEx and other international logistics providers.

Order confirmation & tracking
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Customs, duties and taxes
For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes or additional charges may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

Incorrect address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping costs.
